INITIAL
CONSULTATION
This is our chance to meet with the client and any other stakeholders to delve into the project’s scope, requirements, timeline, and provide initial estimates.
DISCOVERY
& CONCEPT
During the discovery phase, we like to learn more about the client’s goals surrounding lifestyle, design preferences, aspirations, and functional needs.
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
We collaborate closely to finalize all construction materials and details to minimize any surprises during installation.
FURNISHING & DESIGN PROCUREMENT
During this phase, we select furniture, fabrics, fixtures, and finishing details that will all contribute to creating a beautiful finished space.
CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
This stage involves regular on-site meetings between us, the client and the contractor to assess progress, discuss queries, and tackle any potential hurdles.
FINAL
INSTALLATION
We compile a comprehensive punch list and our team oversees installation to be sure every detail of the project is thoroughly addressed.
